Since our founding by community leaders in 1978, Hospice of Palm Beach County and Hospice by the Sea have provided compassion and care to persons with life-limiting illness, along with support for their loved ones. We operate as not-for-profit, 501(c) (3) organization, including our operating company Trustbridge and the community-based Trustbridge Hospice Foundation. This enables us to provide care for all who want and qualify for our services, regardless of their ability to pay.

Uptown 5k on the Runway
Join us and help compassion take flight for Trustbridge Foundation’s 8th annual Uptown 5K on the Runway on Saturday, November 14, 2026! We’re excited to partner again with the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE), welcoming community members of all ages to take part in a one-of-a-kind 5K fun run/walk on the FXE runway.
